Agreement for Online Booking~ In order to schedule your appointment online, we ask that you please observe and agree to the following:

~Please schedule one appointment per time period

~Please cancel any appointment you are not able to make with in 24-48 hours

~Please keep all email and contact information up to date

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
